RMLS has provided a simple one click process for Real Estate Broker to add a Home Energy Score into their Listing through your “Back Office” and “Listing Load Editing” tab. Here are the step by step instructions on how to add the report into your Listing:
- From your RMLS account, in the main menu go to your “Back Office“
- Select “Listing Load” by clicking on the tab
- Find the Listing you would like to add the Home Energy Score to
- Click the “Misc” button for that Listing
- Click the “Green Energy” tab on the left hand side of the Listing information area
- From that opened window click the “Load from Green Building Registry” button. (You will receive a warning that will overwrite prior data, in which you will want to click “OK“.
- The Home Energy Score has auto-filled into Type 1 with the Score number and the date, and a link to the actual PDF version of the report
- Click “Save” to complete the Listing update
